1. Projects
We work with you to define the scope of work and establish deadlines, and deliverables based on your needs. Pricing is determined based on the project. Some of the projects we’ve worked on include: developing employee handbooks and hiring manuals, HR audits and assessments, learning and development, and more.
2. Retainer
At a flat monthly rate, we become an extension of your team and support your business goals as your fractional people & culture expert! We can serve in advisory, operational, and administrative capacities in the key functions of human resources. Monthly packages start at $1,260.
3. A La Carte
With this pricing option, you only pay for what you need, when you need it! Typically services are invoiced on an hourly basis. During our discovery call based on the services you need, our team will determine if our other pricing options work best!

Meet your People & Culture Consultant!
Hi there!
I’m Doris, People & Culture/HR consultant, career coach, and nonprofit executive director with nearly a decade of experience harvesting new levels of team unification and leadership excellence.
Currently, I serve as the People & Culture/HR Consultant at The Proactive Approach, LLC, a full-stake consulting firm providing a wide range of services across the US and Canada. In 2018, I established the AccessBridge Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Florida Nonprofit corporation, on a mission to bridge the gap between education and experience for emerging healthcare industry leaders.
Born and raised in Haiti, I am a proud first-generation graduate holding an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Health Services Administration from Florida International University, and a certificate in DEI from the University of South Florida. I’m a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a certified trainer and facilitator. On the rare occasions when I am not empowering others to exceed their potential, you can often find me out meeting new people, listening to music, volunteering, and traveling to sample new places and cultures. My colleagues admire my adaptable nature, problem-solving skills, rooted passion for inclusion, representation, and addressing every person with a moral compass and an open mind. One of my favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
